    Hello,

    So there are 3 classes:
    class A
    {
    protected:
    int d;
    int next;
    };
    class B: public class A
    {
    protected:
    int dd;
    };
    class C: public class B
    {
    protected:
    int ddd;
    };

    If I want to create a list like {2}, {4}, {4, 2}, {4, 7}, {4, 7, 1}, {4, 7, 9}

    or {d, dd, ddd} –> if I’m trying to find how to insert in sorted order. does this “Find” function accept a node of type C, because C node has access to all types of data (A’s data, B’s data)?

    should this find function be defined in class C, or have a find function in each class (a,b,c), and delegate tasks to each?

    Class A (base class) does not have access to C’s (derived class) protected ddd, right?

    I’m confused with inherited classes.

    Thanks for your help!
